NatWest CricketForce 2007    sat31/o3   sun01/o4

NatWest CricketForce encourages cricket supporters, their friends and families to give something back to their local community cricket club by volunteering to undertake major renovations to clubhouses and grounds.

The driving theme for NatWest CricketForce 2007 is using the event to help recruit key volunteers in to clubs and contribute enormously to the ECB's strategy target of achieving 85,000 volunteer roles.

1,050 clubs across England and Wales registered to take part in NatWest CricketForce 2006, seeing around 70,000 volunteers at work, and bringing £25 million worth of investment to clubs from the local community and businesses.  We as a club gained alot from our involvement last year where we brought the ground and clubhouse  up to playing/good housekeeping standard. Even some of us learned to paint and light a fire....                                There will be supv.on the days gardening clothes and gloves are advised also bring  a bottle of water! tea and coffee will be available. Maybe if we finish the job some beer compliments of the Chairman will be available.   Times1000/1700 hrs

Please make a effort it was nice to see some new young faces last year us old ones need you...regards The MCC
