NatWest CricketForce 2008 Fri04 Sat 05 Sun 06 April.

NatWest CricketForce encourages cricket supporters, their friends and families to give something back to their local community cricket club by volunteering to undertake major renovations to clubhouses and grounds. This year we will be developing the new score box, unfortunatly due to vandalism and safety reason losing the old pavilion and preparing the nets for the new season.

The driving theme for NatWest CricketForce 2008 is using the event to help recruit key volunteers in to clubs and contribute enormously to the ECB's strategy target of achieving 85,000 volunteer roles.

1,050 clubs across England and Wales registered to take part in NatWest CricketForce 2006/7, seeing around 70,000 volunteers at work, and bringing £25 million worth of investment to clubs from the local community and businesses.

Please make a effort it was nice to see some new young faces, or if you can think of anybody who would be willing to get involved with the weekend please get them in contact with the club...regards The MCC
