MERSTHAM CRICKET CLUB ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

In accordance with club rules, formal notice is hereby given that the above Annual General Meeting will be held at the Reigate Manor Hotel on Tuesday 19th January commencing at 8pm.

If addressees have any specific points they would like raised under Any Other Business could they please let me have them in writing no later than 4th January 2010.Copies of the latest accounts & of last years minutes will be available for inspection at the meeting.

Linked below is a nomination pro-forma. Hopefully all club officers for 2010 will be selected on the 19th. If you wish to nominate someone for a post (preferably having checked that that person is willing to stand) could you please return the completed form to me by the 4th January.
