Waitrose Open Day - Terry Garrett memorial day match

On Sunday August 30, we will be staging an open day - with help from Waitrose as part of a national scheme - and combining this with a cricketing day to remember Terry Garrett, our former treasurer and serving vice-chairman when he died in the spring.

We are looking to put together a team in Terry’s name, made up of those he played with, as one of three teams on the day.

This will be for three teams to take part in a 15-overs a side three-way tournament.

A couple of “retired” players/former members have already been found who are interested in taking part, but we are seeking anyone who knew Terry and would either like to play or simply enjoy a day of memories to come along. Please spread the word.
