Notice of Merstham Cricket Club AGM

To all members

In accordance with the constitution, notice is given to all members that The Annual General Meeting of Merstham Cricket Club will be held on Tuesday 17th January 2017 at The Pavilion, Quality Street, Merstham at 8pm.

Members must advise the Secretary in writing of any other business to be moved at the meeting at least 14 days before the meeting.

Nominations of candidates for election of Offices must be made in writing to the Secretary at least 14 days in advance of the Annual General Meeting date. Nominations can only be made by Full Members and must be seconded by another Full Member.

Please also send any apologies for absence to the secretary.
