Notice of AGM

To all members.

Notice is given that Merstham Cricket Club Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 16th January 2018 at The Pavilion, Quality Street. The meeting will start at 8pm.

Members should advise Carol Pearce Club Secretary (ctpearce@ntlworld.com) in writing of any other business to be moved at the meeting at least 14 days before the meeting.

Nominations of candidates for election of Officers should be made in writing to the Secretary at least 14 days in advance of the Annual General Meeting. Nominations can only be made by full members and must be seconded by another full member.

Other notices:

A pool competition, with barbecue, will take place at Merstham Cricket Club on Satudurday January 13, from 5pm.

Indoor nets at St Bede's start on the weekend of January 20-21 and run for 10 weeks. Times of age groups TBC.

A race night is planned for February.

In March, a quiz and curry night is to be held at the club, courtesy of the David family and the McGillivray family.

The annual ECB Cricket Force weekend - when members are asked to volunteer to help prepare our two grounds for the season - wil be held on April 7-8.
