Now indoor nets are nearly over, come and help your club prepare for the new season! On April 6 and 7 our annual NatWest Cricket Force Day takes place.

On the Saturday morning from 9am up until possibly 1pm, the main focus will be at The Ring, which needs a clean inside. There will also be a litter pick in the growth behind the clubhouse, as part of GB Spring Clean - Keep Britain Tidy’s national campaign to get people to take an interest in the environment around them. There will also be a small group at Quality Street to start the work to prepare the ground for the season. Please bring gloves suitable for outdoor work - eg gardening gloves - and wear sturdy outdoor footwear.

This work will then continue on the Sunday at Quality Street from 10am at Quality Street, all day with bacon rolls. There is plenty of work to do such as preparing the outdoor nets. There will be plenty of work to do inside and outside the clubhouse.

This work will continue on Friday April 12, for juniors and their parents who are invited to take part before outdoor nets start later in the month.

PLEASE NOTE

Junior outdoor nets/training will start on Friday April 26. The outdoor nets at Quality Street are therefore not available for use and should NOT be used informally by anyone until this date.
