World Cup Fund grant from ECB

Merstham Cricket Club has been presented with a certificate to show that it received a grant from the ECB for the Cricket World Cup Fund.
With England hosting the World Cup this year, clubs were able
to apply for grants to improve their facilities by way of
celebration.
The club applied for a grant to spend on a glass washer for
the bar, which we are sure you will agree has been a great success
- especially if you have served behind the bar!
We thank the ECB for its continued support during this summer,
one in which England brought home the World Cup Trophy after a
dramatic final at Lord's.
