Calling the next generation to cricket: U6s, U7s and U8s

Merstham Cricket Club are seeking to find and develop the next generation of cricketers, with a series of sessions for U6s, U7s and U8s.

Coaching for Under 6s (School Year 1), U7s and U8s starts on Friday April 23rd (subject to weather) at our Quality Street ground and runs through until Friday July 23rd. Sessions will run from 5pm until 6pm.

No special clothing or equipment is required and we will provide all bats, balls etc. For safety reasons it is best that the children don't bring their own for now. No experience is necessary! The sessions are open to boys and girls.

For information, the U8s are playing in a league this year, with matches on Saturday mornings from May 8th.

Subscriptions for U6s and U7s children are £60, and £70 for the U8s.

If you are planning to attend the first session then please register your child on the registration page using the code 'cricket2021' (all lower case). You can then pay the subs after your child has completed a 'taster' session and they have confirmed that they want to continue.

If the session has to be cancelled because of the weather we will put a note on the web site.
