Ask not what your club can do for you, but what you can do for your club! This is the message behind the ECB's annual NatWest Cricket Force weekend, which takes place on Saturday April 7 and Sunday April 8, 2018.
We have received the following message from the ECB, linking to videos which explain the law changes to cricket that came into place last October and how they apply to adult levels of cricket that have official umpires, players taking turns umpiring and revisions to junior regulations, too.
Please watch the video and see the new laws for no balls - which has changed to allowing only one bounce only before the popping crease - and other changes. There is also an online tool to explain "unfair play" and "player conduct" laws.

Merstham Cricket Club picked up two honours at the Reigate and Banstead Sports Awards evening held at Reigate Priory Rugby Club on Monday night.
Richard Feist - our club captain, second XI captain and social secretary - was awarded volunteer of the year. And everyone at Quality Street can take credit for the second award - that of Club of the Year. The entries were put in earlier this year and the awards relate to the 2016 season, when the Saturday first and second XIs both won promotion, placing all four Saturday teams in the Surrey Championship for the first time. However the award is not just for such achievements, but reflects the club's position in the community providing more than a dozen junior sides, girls cricket and developing opportunities for disability sides too. The awards are run by the Reigate and Banstead District Sports Council.Noman Javed took the first team player of the year trophy at Merstham’s annual awards night on Saturday.
